REFINISHERS

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ability to handle delicate, high value watches
  • Pressure Test watches
  • Take apart and reassemble watches
  • Clean and polish watches
  • Make minor watch repairs to cases and bracelets
  • Maintain equipment and storage of chemicals

Skills We Need

  • 2 Years of experience in refinishing watches
  • Ability to remain calm and organized despite a high volume workload
  • Ability to absorb new information quickly
  • Solid communication skills, verbally and written

WATCH TECHNICIANS

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Casing and de-casing watches
  • Conducting various tests for watchmakers to prepare for authentication and final quality reviews before providing to customers
  • Data entry of watch / repair information
  • Support customer satisfaction and post-sale activities
  • Some Repairs and adjustments (e.g., crystals, pushers, changing batteries)
  • Cleaning watch components if required
  • Communicating proactively and consistently across departments, particularly regarding service issues and delays
  • Highly professional with heavy focus on quality of service

Skills We Need:

  • Ability and desire to learn, with talent in working with mechanics
  • Basic computer aptitude
  • Experience working with luxury brands is a plus
  • Close attention to detail and precision
  • Strong communication skills, verbally and written

WATCHMAKERS

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring authenticity of watches upon receipt and communicating any issues to other departments.
  • Comprehensively repairing timepieces as necessary and on time including quartz, manual, and automatic movements.
  • Managing clear communications with team members to keep processes tight and to ensure on time and high quality delivery to customers.
  • Ensuring highest standards of quality, safety, and quality.

Skills We Need:

  • Extremely strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm and organized despite a high volume workload.
